WordPress 2.7 new administrator interface

Somebody said WordPress V2.7 has a totally different administrator interface, this make me curious about it, so decided to upgrade my website this night, just want to look at how different it is.
1. no backup db, no backup WordPress V2.6.5 codes, just using last night backup
2. access wp-admin, disable all plugins
3. ftp login, uploaded default theme
4. modify theme used from my personal theme(SimpleIT1999) to default theme
5. upload new codes of WordPress V2.7
6. access wp-admin, click upgrade, succeed. Read more…
